Manifesto - Healing Center - Dredged Out from the Bottom Drawer
This is what I've been wanting to do for a long time. Got it out and now it's being dusted off - might as well let it all roll while I'm still here and people are reading this blog.
Everyone needs a vision.
Here is the one I chose to conceive.
A healing center to be a teaching/learning institute, but also a small sustainable community, based in a mountainous region in Israel. I say that tentatively right now because as things are to start anything of this magnitude without interference is a challenge. But it would seem that the area of the Galillee would be suitable. Essentially the greatest minds of the world in various areas of healing would come to this place for a certain amount of time agreed up to teach or for retreat. The uniqueness of the center would be in its adherence to the Laws of Creation, in all aspects. Everything from the architecture, food, placement, teachings would be in alignment with the Laws. Which are basically reflected in the laws of Noah handed down to all humanity after the Flood in a covenant of the rainbow which asserts that there is one Creator, all respect and honor to Him, no cruelty to animals, no stealing, no murder, no wanton sexuality and basically to establish courts of law to uphold those laws.These are 7 spiritual laws as well as physical laws that resonate in all aspects of life.
To promote life and to diminish darkness, death, cruelty and to honor and respect life itself in all of its manifestations within boundaries. Taking a holographic approach towards life, healing, creating, loving, being - the center would focus its energies in bringing order to chaotic situations, conflict resolution within body and mind. In particular what seems to be the primary vision is to heal those who have suffered from trauma and to take that frozen state of fear and to reduce it, transform it and place light where there was once darkness. This would be brought into action with breath work, based on the levels of the soul, intake, output and sustenance from Creator, consciousness uptake where new awareness sets in via the senses, connecting to nature via the various kingdoms and modalities such as tonation, resonance and incantation that would address hearing.
Food, the growing, blessing, preparation, contact with, understanding of how growth occurs micro-macro cosmically and how food contains within it the sparks of Light that when properly consumed instill life enhancement and infusion of healing energy. In all of this also to bring to the circle history, personal and collective, teachings of ancient texts that are relative to nature/healing and allowance for the creative expression of particants via clay, kinetics, painting with natural dyes derived from local stones and plants and through music, rhythm, dance and movement.I foresee the center as being in constant movement with the seasons, fluid and expanding, encompassing communities local and global, through the physical center itself and through the internet where alumni can continue to maintain connection, network and continue their healing work via a support team that would be made available to them.
This is now in vision stage. The residency to be filled by a core group of about 10 individuals who would live at the center, be part of the organic farming and any other enterprise that would be decided upon. My thought that this would most likely be a food industry, perhaps manufacturing herbal/energy essences, an organic vegan cafe and a recording studio as well.That's it. In a nutshell, just ready to be a tree.
